About Hove and how we get there
Hove is BN3 — independent, food-loyal, and historically a little less rough-and-ready than Brighton proper. Brunswick Crescent, Adelaide Crescent, Hove Lawns, Palmeira Square, Church Road, Aldrington, West Blatchington, Hangleton: the texture changes from Georgian seafront to suburban hillside as you head north, and the local-restaurant culture is one of the strongest on the south coast.
Our kitchen at 1 Paston Place, Brighton BN2 1HA sits at the eastern edge of the city. Hove is the longest leg of our default delivery zone, and most BN3 deliveries land in around 25 minutes door-to-door — slower at Friday evening peak or in heavy seafront-event traffic, but never the kind of long Uber trip a Hove address used to mean for a halal-certified, boneless-only kitchen.
If you live in Hove, you've probably already settled into a regular Indian rhythm. We're not asking anyone to drop their habits. We're another option for the night you want premium-comfort Indian without the trade-offs that ordering across a couple of postcodes used to bring.

The honest take on Hove's Indian scene
Hove Tandoori is the standard-bearer locally — the garlic chilli chicken masala has its own Reddit cult. It's a deserved reputation; if it's been your Friday night for years, that's a good ritual and we wouldn't try to argue otherwise.
Yum! is a different lane: halal-certified end-to-end, every chicken dish hand-trimmed boneless, every cooked dish nut-free, low-oil, compostable kraft delivery packaging. Hove is a city plenty big for both. We're the choice for the night any of those five matter — or for the night you've simply ordered Hove Tandoori one too many times in a row.
