If you're not nut-allergic, Gulab Jamun is the most-loved Indian dessert worldwide — and ours is the real-deal version. Khoya (reduced milk-solid) shaped into small dumplings, gently fried, and soaked in rose-and-cardamom-scented syrup until soft and saturated.
