BN2 — our home postcode

Indian takeaway, BN2 — we're already here.

Yum! Curries' Brighton kitchen lives at 1 Paston Place, Brighton BN2 1HA, in the heart of Kemptown. BN2 is the postcode we know best — and the one that gets the food fastest.

This is our home — 1 Paston Place, BN2 1HA

The Brighton store sits a short walk from St James's Street, Marine Parade and the seafront. BN2 covers a big slice of the city — Kemptown, Queens Park, Hanover, Whitehawk, the Marina, and parts of Roedean — and our delivery riders know every back-street between them.

Because we're inside the postcode rather than crossing into it, BN2 deliveries are typically the fastest on our menu — a ~25-minute door-to-door window from kitchen to your table, with the food still arriving in compostable kraft packaging hot enough to steam the lid.

Yum! Curries is built for the BN2 customer who's been ordering Indian takeaway for years and quietly stopped enjoying it. Bones in the chicken. Cashew gravy you can't ask about. Oil pools in the foil tray. A plastic cup of mango chutney the size of a thimble. We rebuilt the format — halal-certified end-to-end, every chicken cube hand-trimmed boneless, every cooked dish nut-free, low-oil restaurant-rich finish — and put it in branded packaging that doesn't look like a 1990s curry house.

Direct ordering is the cheapest way to eat with us. Aggregator apps add a 25–30% markup we don't control — and BN2 is close enough that you can also collect from 1 Paston Place if you'd rather walk than wait.

The honest take on BN2's Indian scene

Kemptown has been quietly well-served for years. Brighton Curry on St George's Road is a Reddit favourite — the often-quoted line is "branding is awful but the flavour is delicious", and it's a fair line. They are a great local; if you've ordered from them and loved it, that's a reasonable choice on any night.

Yum! is a different proposition: premium register, halal-certified end-to-end, every chicken dish hand-trimmed boneless, every cooked dish nut-free, brand-new packaging built for delivery. We're not pitching us-vs-them — Brighton is a big enough city for both. We are the choice when those five things matter on a particular night.
