About Brighton Marina and how we get there
Brighton Marina is the harbour and apartment quarter at the eastern edge of the city — the cinema, the boardwalk, Asda, the gyms, the residential blocks of Hartington Place, Western Concourse and Boardwalk, and a steady flow of holiday-let traffic year-round. It also hosts a sizeable corporate footprint along the inner harbour.
Our kitchen at 1 Paston Place, Brighton BN2 1HA sits a few minutes uphill in Kemptown — five minutes by car, ~20 minutes by rider including the Marina drop. It's one of our shortest delivery routes and the food arrives in the same compostable kraft packaging it left the kitchen in.
Yum! is built for two of the Marina's biggest groups: the holiday-let / Airbnb visitor who's looking up "halal Indian Brighton" on a Friday night with no local frame of reference, and the corporate office ordering a halal-certified, boneless, nut-free spread for a working lunch where someone in the room has a dietary requirement.

The honest take on Marina dining
The Marina has plenty of chains and pub-grade options. For Indian delivery specifically the choices have been thinner than a postcode this size deserves — most options are aggregator-only chain entries from far-out kitchens with the wait times to match.
Yum! is the local-Kemptown kitchen at the close end of your route: halal-certified, boneless every chicken dish, nut-free across every cooked plate, low-oil, branded compostable packaging. For Marina holiday-let visitors and offices, we're the option that sets up well for a group with mixed dietary needs.
Allergens & dietary at a glance
- Halal certified — every meat dish, every kitchen surface. Certifier [CERTIFIER BODY — to confirm].
- No beef. No pork. Anywhere on the menu.
- Boneless chicken only — every chicken dish, every time.
- Nut-free across every dish we cook. Exception: off-site desserts (Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun) are made by a separate supplier and contain nuts (pistachios). Flag any nut allergy at order time and skip the desserts.
- Vegan & vegetarian — Amritsari Chole, Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer.
- Low-oil cooking — flavour from spice and reduction, not pools of butter or ghee.
