Why we make it like this
Seekh kebab needs three things — meat with enough fat to stay moist, a hand-spice mix that's punchy without overpowering, and high tandoor heat to char the outside while keeping the inside tender. We get all three. The minced chicken is mixed with onion, ginger, garlic and ground spices, threaded on a skewer, and charred until it picks up real smoke.
No filler — no breadcrumb, no rusk, no flour. That keeps the kebab gluten-free and lets the meat speak. No nut paste, no cashew, no almond — the entire kitchen is nut-free.
Three pieces is enough to share with one other person, or to top a biryani, or to wrap in a soft roomali roti for a fast lunch.
