Why Brighton chose Yum! Curries for Indian takeaway.
Brighton has had Indian takeaway for fifty years — and most of it ships the same problems: bone fragments in the curry, oily aftermath, mystery sauce, cold biryani. Yum! Curries is a delivery-native, central-kitchen-and-spoke Indian QSR built to fix exactly those problems for Brighton households.
Every chicken dish: 100% boneless tender cubes, hand-trimmed, never bone-in. Every meat: halal-certified suppliers (kitchen-level HMC/HFA cert in process). Every gravy: low-oil reduction, no butter pools, no ghee floats. Every grain of basmati: Sella 1121 long-grain, holds shape and flavour through delivery. Every package: compostable kraft.
