Is the biryani really boneless?
Yes. Every chicken cube is hand-trimmed. There are no bone fragments, no drumsticks, no whole legs hidden in the rice.
What rice do you use?
Sella 1121 long-grain parboiled basmati. The grains are tri-color natural mix (saffron-yellow + saffron-orange + pearl-white). Sella holds shape through delivery — short-grain rice doesn't, which is why most takeaway biryani is mushy by the time it arrives.
How many chicken pieces are in the biryani?
10–12 boneless tandoor chicken cubes per Royal Chicken Biryani. We portion every bowl by hand.
Is Yum! Curries biryani halal?
All meat is from halal-certified suppliers (supplier-level certification — certificates on request). Kitchen-level HMC/HFA cert in process.
Is biryani nut-free?
Yes — biryani is finished with fried onion + fresh herbs (not chopped nuts). All in-kitchen Yum! Curries dishes are nut-free. Note: desserts (Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun) are made off-site and contain nuts — flag any allergy at order time.
